Shipping and Returns
RETURN POLICY
Until Jan. 7, returns will be free and extended to 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us via email at sales@australian.it within 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Once we receive your request, our customer care team will send you an authorization email with instructions on how to proceed. From that moment, you will have 14 days to ship the return.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Australian only in cases of defective or incorrect products or for size exchange requests. For all other reasons, shipping costs and any additional fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note: For exchanges, the process requires that a refund is issued for the returned item first. Afterward, you can proceed with a new purchase directly on our website, australian-brand.com.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
We only accept returns for purchases made directly on australian-brand.com. For any questions or special requests, our customer service team is always available via email at sales@australian.it.
The return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address: Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 45, 20064, Gorgonzola, Milan (ITALY).
The responsibility for the items lies with the customer until they arrive at the warehouse.

HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED, INCORRECT PRODUCT, OR SIZE CHANGE:
Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned, and click on the button to request the return, indicating in the appropriate section the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method or to schedule a courier pickup at your home. Standard shipping will be covered by Australian, while any duties and charges due from sending the exchanged goods will be borne by the purchaser and will be communicated and managed by our customer service team. Once the return is authorized by our team, open the link you will receive and prepare the package as indicated.
FOR ALL OTHER TYPES OF RETURNS:
Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned, and click on the button to request the return, indicating in the appropriate section the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be borne by the purchaser. Once the return is authorized by our team, open the link you will receive and prepare the package as indicated.
REFUNDS: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Australian will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on australian-brand.com. If your purchase was paid with PayPal, you will be refunded to your PayPal account; if you paid with a card, you will be refunded to the card used; if you paid by bank transfer, you will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible. Please note that refund times may vary depending on the different payment providers. The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product or items being returned.
RETURN PROCEDURE
STEP 1: REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To request return authorization, send an email to sales@australian.it specifying the order number and the products for which you want to make the return or size change, indicating the product code, its color, and its size, specifying any faulty or defective products. Our operators will check if your order falls within the terms useful for making the return or size change, then if everything is in order, you will be authorized to proceed (STEP 2).
WARNING! Before shipping the goods, wait for our response, we will not handle unauthorized returns.
STEP 2: PACK THE PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED
Once the return authorization is received from our operators, you will receive a link that will allow you to access a dedicated page on the GLS courier's website.
Open the link and:
- Confirm or modify your data depending on where it is most convenient for you to have the return collected
- Choose the option you prefer:
- Home pickup
- Drop-off at the GLS office or Parcel Shop
- Choose a date for pickup within the next 7 working days
You will receive a label via email with a barcode, which is the ID-Package; it must be printed because it consists of two parts: one part must be kept as a receipt, while the other must be attached to the package to be returned.
If you chose home pickup, be ready on the indicated day and hand the closed package to the GLS driver. If you chose the Drop-off service, you will receive a new email that will allow you to find GLS offices or Parcel Shops in your area, then go to the chosen location and deliver the closed package, which will be sent to us as soon as possible.
In case of return for other reasons (not meeting your expectations or not liking them), you have 14 days from the return confirmation email to return the products to us, otherwise, the return terms will expire, and you will no longer be entitled to any refund.
In case of return for defect or size change, you will be contacted directly by our operator to schedule the product pickup.
WARNING! The items must be returned in perfect condition, with the tag attached and in the original bag.
STEP 3: GET THE REFUND
After receiving the package and verifying its integrity, the refund will be issued. In case of return for defect, you will be credited with the cost of the product and the shipping costs you incurred.
In case of a return for other reasons (not meeting your expectations or you do not like them), you will be refunded only the cost of the product excluding:
- the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (if paid)
- the costs incurred for the return (which will be deducted from the refund)
