The project opens with two exclusive prints signed by illustrator Shawn Dickinson, known for his vintage style inspired by Hollywood Golden Age cartoons and the rock ‘n’ roll, hot rods and surf culture typical of his homeland, Southern California. The two works, "BATTLE" and "THE BORN OF AUSSIE", tell a surreal and dynamic story set in the world of tennis, with an exceptional protagonist: a little kangaroo.
THE BORN OF AUSSIE
This print captures a unique and bizarre moment: the birth of a cartoon kangaroo inside a tennis ball. The little marsupial, with a lively and determined expression, emerges from the yellow sphere as if it were its egg, ready to conquer the court.
